Key-lime Avocado Salsa

Serves 4-6


4-6 of your freshly caught fish fillet or steaks

2 cups freshly diced tomatoes

1 cup of finely diced white onion

2 avocados diced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 ounces freshly squeezed key-lime juice

2 ounces of raspberry vinegar

2 ounces olive oil

1 Tble minced garlic

1 minced jalapeno pepper

Salt and Pepper

Combine all ingredients for salsa.  Mix well and refrigerate for half of an hour before serving.  Prepare your catch-of-the-day in your favorite style – grilled, broiled, blackened, fried…  Serve salsa on top and enjoy!
